When contacted with a request(s), we like, if feasible, to set up an appointment and meet - preferably directly on the prospective project site - to discus in details the client’s needs, options and budget. An essential part of our task is to ensure that the final result melts harmoniously with the overall layout and design of the property. This point will be discussed in details with our clients or their architects and designers, so that the architectural design of the premises and the integration of our systems are brought together flawlessly.
Following this first meeting we will get back to you with an estimate, free of charge, suggesting what would be the best suitable solution to both meet all your criteria and ensure ease of use.
If you accept our estimate, we will let you have a contract for your signature and we will be happy to start implementing the project upon return of the signed contract.
We will start by submitting to you the complete planning/schedule of the installation process. This document will also detail all your specifications and will describe what the end result design will be like.
Once the installation, programming and adjustments are completed we will introduce you to the new system, a training being included in our services under the contract.

We provide a warranty on our installation and manufacturers’ warranties on the products we have installed. As a result if any problem arises, however unlikely this is, we will deal with it as part of our services under the contract.
Once the warranties expire we can deal upon demand with service and maintenance.
