Audio Visual Installation for Restaurant – Mayfair London

A new restaurant opening in prestigious Mayfair requested a sound, lighting control, TVs, secure WiFi network, CCTV and security system. The interior designer requested invisible speakers to avoid cluttering walls and ceilings. In response, we installed Amina plaster-in speakers which have been concealed while delivering amazing sound. The restaurant was split into four different zones to enable the client to play different music or the same music at different volumes in separate areas.

Phillips Dynalite lighting control system was commissioned to control LED strip lights, downlighters, wall and dimmable lights. The centralised control system, with a series of in-wall lighting control keypads, allows restaurant staff to select different programmes as required through the day and evening. In the private dining room, a large TV screen was installed for events and private hire.

The final element was internal and external CCTV and alarm system which included remote access and monitoring.

Smart Home setup in Marylebone, London

We were contacted by a property developer who wanted to install a Smart Home system in this listed building which included multi-room music and entertainment, door entry and security system, WiFi throughout, lighting, shade and climate control.
As this property was listed, we chose speakers and installation methods that fitted seamlessly into the house and were not visible.
A Control4 system was used to give the client five separate zones to play the same or different music as well as three televisions, intercom door entry and a multi-zone lighting, shade and climate control system.
One of the highlights of this project was concealing the subwoofer in the furniture – which sounds amazing! The TV in the Master Bedroom was also recessed into the leather panelling to create a seamless look.

Conference room in central London Embassy

An embassy in Trafalgar Square came to us for a refit of their existing conference room. The listed building had a portable PA system and microphone which needed to be replaced with an integrated system to remove the need for wires and cut down on interference.
Harmonized Systems installed wall-mounted speakers in discreet locations to avoid damage to the wood panelling and the high-frequency handheld and lapel microphones were included.

Sound and network for Greek restaurant in Marylebone, London

This newly-opened Greek restaurant asked Harmonized Systems Ltd to design a good sound system which would have four separate zones as well as secure WiFi for employee and customer use. We installed high performance in-ceiling speakers throughout the restaurant and discreet wall-mounted speakers in the toilets. A sound player was set up to allow users to play music from the online music concierge as well as from PC or mobile devices.

The secure networking setup supported office computers and wireless payments while a WiFi system was created for the employees and customers.

Audio visual installation in a flat in Hampstead, London

This ground floor flat was being refurbished and the client approached Harmonized Systems to create a multi-room sound and entertainment system.
Interior design was key to this installation so it was requested that the speakers be as discreet as possible while also delivering great sound.
We came up with a project design which was agreed and worked to recess all TVs into the walls or furniture as well as hiding speakers and linking it together with a fast, reliable WiFi connection.

Full project design for seven-storey home in Mayfair, London

This stunning property in London was undergoing a full refurbishment and needed vital infrastructure including secure WiFi, 22 TV points, security alarm and CCTV, a 20-handset digital telephone system with the ability to answer doorbells as well as lighting and shade control.
The lighting system at this property was complex and included a large number of circuits with different types of dimming and electrical loads.
All fixtures were required to be a specific shade of brass to match identically with other electrical fittings installed at the property. This was achieved by our custom-made in-wall plates which were approved by the interior designer and created a seamless look throughout.
The final result was more than 100 lighting setups and 30 shade circuits all working together seamlessly to create different moods within different rooms.
